Motivation to lose weight




    At morning 7:30 A.M
Take a mixture of hot water with a spoon honey and the juice of a piece of lemon.



    Breakfast at morning 8:30 A.M
2 slice bread, tea or coffee without milk and sugar.

     At 11.00 A.M
A cup of green tea and a piece biscuit.

     At 12.00
A glass cucumber or carrot juice.

      At lunch-
One cup rice, Vegetables, Fish and Salad. 



       At 4:00 P.M
One piece of any Banana, Orange, Apple, Mango etc.

       At 8:30 P.M
One cup rice or three piece bread with vegetable and fish.

            Many of us have a habit of taking food after supper while watching television. But you have to quit such male practice if you want to lose weight.

            Following this diet chart and taking exercise 5 days in a week 30 to 45 minutes. You will be able to lose your excessive weight and get back your attractive figure.
