What is a heart attack?
It Oxygen is interrupted to flow in any part of the heart through, and then this heart attack occurs. It the blood circulation is not natural timely that part of the heart, becomes paralyzed and dead.




Who are most at risk?
       1.    Smokers
       2.    High blood pressure,
       3.    High label cholesterol in blood,
       4.    Obesity
       5.    Eating more fatty food,
       6.    Less physical labor
       7.   Diabetes
       8.   If the quantity of sugar is more in blood for the problem of insulin related.

Heart attack symptoms:
Same symptom cannot be seen to all at a time. Sometime without any symptom heart attack occurs. It has been seen in research that silent heart attack occurs one in three parsons. Besides, general symptoms are following;
     1.  Chest pain but if it is for another reason and if it changes.
     2.  Uncomfortable fillings come in the upper part of the body. It can be in both two hands or one hand or shoulder, jaw or upper part of the stomach.
        3.   Along with chest pain, starts hard breathing.
        4.   Vomiting tendency
        5.  Insomnia problem, without any blood labor.

After heart attack:
1.       Taking Oxygen.
2.       Taking Aspirin tablets.
3.       Taking Litoglicarin Spray.
4.       Taking tablet for losing blood pressure.
Taking the patient to the hospital as early as possible along with using those first aids, and needs to do as per doctor advice.

          What to do if heart attack occurred once:
        1.    Eating healthy food as per the advice of doctor and practicing to habituate of a sound life eating more vegetables and fruits.
       2.    Giving up the malpractice of smoking.
       3.    Diabetes, high blood pressure and the quantity of cholesterol in blood must controlled.
       4.  Practice of walking and light exercise.
